Turquoise Residence

A modern residence design within the Turquoise Cluster at Pondok Hijau Golf, Gading Serpong. The house adapts the form and character of existing homes in the area to maintain visual harmony while introducing contemporary elements. Large window openings and an open entrance canopy give the façade a fresh, modern feel. Transparent glass and steel canopies provide a minimalist touch, balanced with warm elements like brick cladding and wood. Positioned at a corner lot, the house benefits from dual street-facing façades, allowing for expanded outdoor activity space. Internally, walls separating traditional room divisions were removed to create a flexible, open-plan layout including living, dining, and family areas. Skylights and voids maximize natural lighting and ventilation.
