Kemang Dalam Residence

A modern interpretation of a “jadul” (old-style) home desired by the client—a permanent residence offering calmness, warmth, and resort-like atmosphere. Drawing inspiration from Menteng’s colonial architecture, it incorporates classic elements such as roster walls, iron grilles, patterned tiles, marble, and granite sand finishes. The trapezoidal site hosts an integrated massing plan, creating a seamless flow between spaces, with the pool acting as the focal point. The concept of "healthy housing" follows Dutch principles, ensuring optimal air circulation and natural lighting through strategic spacing and breathable fence walls.
