Kedoya Azalea

A two-story tropical modern-industrial house built on a compact plot. It combines high-quality materials with a clean and neat aesthetic, responding directly to the owner's request: “I want the house to look clean and tidy—no hiding spots for geckos.” This led to minimal use of cove lights and decorative details. The design integrates sloped roofs and industrial materials like steel, iron frames, perforated metal, and white brick cladding. Interior tones include neutral colors; white, dark brown, gray, and wood; to complement the hard-edged exterior. Large openings facing side and rear gardens allow natural light and airflow, while two voids further enhance ventilation and daylight penetration.
