Antena X Boarding House

This three-story boarding house was designed with principles of space efficiency, optimal air circulation, and uniform natural lighting. Each room includes an en-suite bathroom and balcony overlooking a central void, allowing maximum airflow and daylight penetration. A rear void acts as the main ventilation axis, connected through a single corridor to the staircase lined with patterned roster walls. The building's modern architectural style combines geometrical forms with soft curves, resulting in a unique and dynamic character. It serves as an example of communal housing that is aesthetic, functional, and sustainable.
